Today Sites Professionals turns 10! Ten years ago I was consulting and teaching at a business school, Nancy was running the medication support program at a large nonprofit. It felt like an enormous risk to go into business together, in an “all our eggs in one basket” sense. But we saw a need. We started small, listened to our clients, learned hard lessons quickly and grew accustomed to the varied pace of entrepreneurship generally and staffing specifically. There is more growth and adaptation in our future, because the work of mental health changes constantly, because we want to get better at what we do, because we believe in the mission now as much as we ever have. Our mission is to improve access to quality psychiatric care. We are grateful to all of our clients, partners, friends and family for being on this journey with us. Here’s to the next 10 years!
